Did you connect it to another WiFi network? Connect to that WiFi network to access the Boatcontroller.
Try rebooting the system by unplugging it from the NMEA-2000 and re-attaching it, or power-cycling your NMEA-2000 network, or by pressing the reboot button for one second.
Try a factory reset by holding the reboot button form at least 5 seconds.
