Presets

Presets are sets of values that are useful to be transmitted over an NMEA bus.

NMEA-0183 Sender Presets

The NMEA-0183 Sender Presets are used for transmitting values on NMEA-0183 over TCP, to the Pcnautic Autopilot, as well as over USB serial if enabled. By default there are two presets, "All" and "Autopilot". These two presets should not be removed or changed. New presets can be added and applied to the USB connection if configured in serial mode.

NMEA-2000 Sender Presets

NMEA-2000 sender presets are used for transmitting data to NMEA-2000. Usually, using "All" is fine, but if you have an exceptionally large amount of incoming data, another preset might need to be created to reduce the load on your NMEA-2000 bus.
